General Terms and Conditions and Client Information - Magnosphere


Damaged Shipment

We take great care in packaging our magnets for shipment, so damage during shipping is very rare.  All shipments that are received in visibly damaged condition MUST be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt.  Also, damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your shipment so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.  You must keep all boxes and packing material, as the carrier may want to inspect the damaged packaging and products.


Incomplete/Incorrect Shipment

All orders are double checked before shipping to ensure that all ordered items are included and correct. In the rare case that you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment.  Due to the small size of some of our magnets they are sometimes overlooked in the packing materials.  Please double check the contents of your box, including all of the packing materials before initiating a claim.  Magnosphere, at its sole discretion, can choose to refund or replace the item(s) in question.


Security Policy

We are very concerned about the security of our transactions on the web.  That is why we use Skrill / Moneybookers, one of the most respected and secure credit card processing providers on the web.  We do not store your credit card information on our servers, or anywhere else, after your order is processed and complete.  You can read more about our concern for your security here.


Privacy Policy

We will not share your personal information or email address with anyone, nor will we email you, unless it is regarding your order.  The only thing you will receive from us is your order confirmation and communication pertaining to your order.


Limited Warranty

We warrant our products to be free of manufacturers defects.  Our only obligation is to replace products proven to be defective.  All other warranties, express or implied are disclaimed.


Liability


Return Information:

Any transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Failure to do this will negate your claim. Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your goods for any damage, incorrect goods, missing parts or other problems as soon as you receive them. If this is done after delivery has taken place, you are required to contact us within 7 days of delivery of your goods giving full details of any problems, for us to arrange for suitable action to be taken.


Return Information:

If you receive goods in a damaged condition, please make a note of this on the delivery dispatch note when signing. Failure to note any damage when receiving the item will void the opportunity to claim. Goods must be checked on delivery and faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supportive evidence i.e photographic images. If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us.


Incorrect Goods/Wrong Amount of Goods:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have signed for the correct number of goods delivered. At time of delivery you must also check that you have received the correct goods in accordance with your order. If you find that you have received incorrect goods or the wrong amount of goods, you must make a note of this on the delivery dispatch note when signing, you must then notify us of this by phone, email or letter in any case within 7 days from receipt of goods.


Please Note: Do not fit an item if it is damaged or an incorrect item. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable.


Unwanted Items:

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before goods are delivered to you for any reason. In compliance with the distance selling regulations you have a Cooling Off period where you may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 working days after the day we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us at your own cost. Proof of purchase is required when returning items. A refund will be issued following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

When we receive the goods we will inspect them to ensure all articles, accessories and other components are within the returned package and that the goods are in the condition that we sent them to you. All items are subject to inspection. As a consumer you have a duty to return the goods in perfect condition. We advise that you should return the product within its original packaging as it will insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.

We advise you to take out insurance on your goods when sending them back to our returns dept. If goods arrive to us damaged, you will be charged the full cost of the product.


Please Note: We are unable to take back items that are customized/made to order


What isn't covered by this Cooling Off period?:

Goods that are made to your personal requirements e.g. custom size flexible magnets.

We shall not be liable, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, for consequential, special or incidental damages.  Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount of the purchase price.  The buyer's limited right to replacement is the Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy.
